Eugenio Bonomi leaves CRIF

On Tuesday September 10, Eugenio Bonomi handed in his resignation with immediate effect from the role of CRIF Chief Executive Officer and from all the roles covered in the other group companies. Mr. Bonomi’s decision, which the company has accepted, was made due to his desire to pursue his own business and professional interests, which require his immediate involvement.
CRIF would like to thank Mr. Bonomi for his contribution of ideas to the Group. Following this resignation, the roles will be reabsorbed into the current position of CRIF Chairman and Chief Executive Officer held by Carlo Gherardi, assigning Marco Preti, currently Managing Director of CRIF and Chief Executive Officer of CRIBIS, the role of Managing Director of CRIF Buergel GmbH, the Group company based in Hamburg (Germany).
