Forum Scoring event in Mexico: CRIF gives a presentation on Machine Learning applied to credit management

On September 6, CRIF took part in the 13th edition of the Forum Scoring event organized by Buró de Crédito in Mexico City. This edition of Forum Scoring, a reference event for lenders and risk analysts, focused on the impacts of analytics and advanced methodologies in a highly interconnected age.

Roberto Muzzi, CRIF Account Manager, attended the event and gave a presentation on Machine Learning techniques applied to credit management.

Muzzi explained how – over recent years - CRIF has intensively investigated areas where Machine Learning effectively enhances established best practice methodologies. As, for example, within the fraud detection field, or in the no-hit scoring model related to credit bureau coverage. During his presentation, Muzzi also highlighted both the benefits and limitations of applying Machine Learning to credit management.
