CRIF presents two papers at the “XVI Credit Scoring and Credit Control Conference”

The XVI edition of the “Credit Scoring and Credit Control Conference”, Europe’s premier conference for credit scoring, will be held in Edinburgh from August 28 to 30, with in-depth talks from both academia and the professional world.

CRIF will present two papers: “Explanations of Machine Learning Predictions: A Mandatory Step for its Application to Operational Processes”, which looks in detail and analyzes the state of the art in machine learning and developments in the area of credit risk management, in collaboration with the University of Bologna. The second paper deals with “Analyzing Prepayment and Default Under Changing Credit Market Conditions for SMEs by Applying Advanced Analytics on Credit Bureau data”, looking at the evolution of the analytical model within the context of SME risk, in partnership with Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the University of Florence.
